The Western Cape Tourism, Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (WESGRO) invite eligible events companies to apply for events support, through their Leisure Tourism Event Partnerships Programme. This call for applications is aimed at events taking place during the 2026/2027 financial year.

The programme is best suited for event organisers who can co-invest and deliver a tourism impact, especially those running unique, community-based, or off-season events that help showcase the Western Cape.

The closing date was EXTENDED until 18 May 2026 at 17h00.

Kindly note that for this funding cycle, there is a specific focus on events taking place within Western Cape townships and local communities.

Applicants are encouraged to align their proposals with this priority.
