The Grabouw Outdoor & Adventure Expo hosted from 07-09 November 2025 was a huge success!

Hessequa Tourism, represented by Riaan Malan and Carlin Swanepoel, promoted the destination for its outdoor and adventure charm, which included its marvellous camping facilities, wedding venues, hiking trails, mountain bike routes and iconic tourism experiences.

Our theme was “supporting local”, with gifts from Eureka Mills, Era Soda/ Juice, Alcare Aloe’s Fan Page, Stilbaai Toerisme / Stilbaai Tourism, Aloe Ferox, Kransfontein Olive Estate, Oudewerfskloof Olive Farm, Inverroche Distillery, Baleia Wines & Olive Oil, Kasselshoop Cheese and Skilpadbessie Eko – Kamp Stilbaai

The accommodation prize sponsored by Skilpadbessie Eco Camp, was won by Mr. D Robinson. He won this incredible getaway at our pop-a-balloon activation on Saturday morning.

The Baleia Wines voucher was won by Mrs. E Nieuwoudt, while the Kasselshoop Cheese voucher was won by Mr. N Coetzee (under 18). The Kransfontein Olive Estate goodie pack was won by Mrs. E van der Merwe.

We also had various winners receiving rusks, gin, keychains and our super-cool sunglasses.

Our sunglasses we very popular across all age groups and we received compliments by festivalgoers on the pop-a-balloon activation.

We want to extend our appreciation towards our generous sponsors, wonderful festivalgoers for the engagements and the organisers for contributing to the success of the event.
