Tourism Stakeholders & Product Owners

It is critical for various stakeholder participation and engagement in the tourism sector to ensure sustainable tourism development within the Hessequa municipal area. Thus, the municipality is proposing tourism networking events in various towns in the municipal area to ensure inclusiveness and public participation with regards to tourism.

Objectives of the networking events:

• Create support around promoting the Explorer’s Garden Route Brand
• To offer opportunities for tourism businesses and stakeholders to promote their products/services to each other

Format:

• Informal
• Businesses will be given the opportunity to talk about their business’ product or service

15 May 2018  – Heidelberg: Town Hall

16 May 2018 – Witsand: Pili Pili Restaurant

17 May 2018 – Slangrivier: Community Hall

22 May 2018 – Gouritsmond: Community Hall

23 May 2018 – Still Bay: Community Hall

24 May 2018 – Albertinia: Town Hall
