Noukrans Bush Camp is an authentic bush camp experience, a scenic 20km from the Heidelberg town centre. The venue – on the edge of the greater Grootvadersbosch Conservancy, offers nature enthusiasts a bush camping experience like no other. Noukrans allow visitors to sit back, kick-off your shoes and relax in nature – forgetting about the rushed city lifestyle, noise and work deadlines.
The bush camp is part of a working milk farm which creates sharable story moments as you can – with arrangement – assist in giving milk to the cattle.
The farm offers ample shaded space for campers to set-up their tent, caravan or van. Noukrans is a “piece of heaven” that few have experienced and those whom has, comes back annually.
The farm offers walking trails for beginners and the intermediates – with the water pools, fynbos and bird species a highlight of the hike.
The bush camp does not offer any electricity – there are only solar lights available. The venue also has ablution facilities for up to 10 standing plots with both hot- and cold water available.
