Gourikwa Coastal Nature Reserve is one of the most authentic private reserves along the Garden Route. With a rich variety of indigenous fauna and flora and facilities ranging from top class accommodation to a beachfront chapel and a state of the art wedding facility, the venue is a must visit destination when travelling in and around the Hessequa region.

The Gourikwa Cottages are all less than 100m from the shore break – making every morning a unique experience. There are a total of 6 deluxe cottages, all fully equipped with a kitchen, built-in braai and spacious rooms.

The 9 Fishermans’ houses are all freestanding units spread out along the coast. They provide spectacular views of the shoreline and the lighthouse. 8 Units sleep 4 people and 1 of the units sleeps 6. These houses are more rustic than the Cottages, yet each unit has its own character.

There are 15 Villa Suites with sleeper couch. These units are equipped with kitchenette, King or Twin beds, a sleeper couch and a patio. Each unit has its own bathroom with shower and bath. Portable braai’s can be arranged.

The Gourikwa Coastal Nature Reserve also allows day visitors to explore the beautiful area.
