ELLENSRUST CAMPING, CARAVAN AND SELF-CATERING RESORT
The Ellensrust Camping, Caravan and Self-Catering Resort is a well maintained municipal resort and offers spacious camping plots and a selection of self-catering units. The resort is home to 336 plots – with electrical points, clean ablution facilities and access to water. The camping and caravan plots are unshaded. The grass surface makes for an enjoyable stay. The resort also offers shared neat and clean ablution facilities at strategic locations on the beautiful premises. The 21 self-catering units comes standard with their own bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and braai area. Guests must ensure they bring their own bed linen. The Ellensrust Camping, Caravan and Self-Catering Resort offers direct access to the Lappiesbaai Beach and is walking distance from the Goukou River Mouth. The resort is also within walking distance of facilities like the Tuin-Op-Die-Brak Fynbos Garden and Die Seekombuis Restaurant. PREEKSTOEL CAMPING, CARAVAN AND SELF-CATERING RESORT
The Preekstoel Camping, Caravan and Self-Catering Resort is practically on the beach and offers travellers 404 camping plots, 14 self-catering units and a youth hostel which can accommodate a total of 52 guests. The Preekstoel Resort has almost no shading on the camping grounds. The venue has well maintained ablution facilities, clean grounds and direct access to the swimming beach. The Beverly Hills venue also forms part of the greater Preekstoel Camping, Caravan and Self-Catering Resort. The Preekstoel beach yields Blue Flag Status and is a popular visitors point as you’ll be able to see the historic Preekstoel rock formation on the beach – over the years, the Preekstoel rock formation has deteriorated due to the movement of the ocean tide. JONGENSFONTEIN CAMPING, CARAVAN AND SELF-CATERING RESORT
The Jongensfontein Camping, Caravan & Self-Catering Resort is practically on the beachfront, with magnificent views of the Swimming Beach across the road. The Jongensfontein coastline provides for all preferences – with sandy beaches, rocky shorelines, rock pools for small children to swim safely in and excellent fishing opportunities. The Jongensfontein Camping & Caravan Resort offers 115 plots (6 guests per site) and 18 well equipped self-catering units within a well maintained and safe environment. Guests need to bring their own bed linen for the self-catering units. The Camping & Caravan plots are ideal for the experienced traveller in search of long stay options. The self-catering units are the ideal family holiday option as the units comes standard with bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and braai area. WITSAND MIDDLE CAMP RESORT
The Witsand Middle Camp Resort is situated on the eastern end of Witsand, right on the beach and offers amazing fishing opportunities from the sand as well as from the rocks. The Witsand Middle Camp Resort offers travellers 51 camping plots. The Camping and Caravan Park has virtually no shading due to its unique landscape. The Camping and Caravan Park has well maintained and clean ablution facilities and grounds, which is tailored towards families with children. Close to the park is a little tidal pool for swimming and the Swimming Beach is also within walking distance. The tidal pool is the ideal family friendly feature for little adventurers.
